Thank you! And thank you both for all the planning and hard work you put into giving us the most delicious, wedding banquet on Saturday. It was obvious from seeing all the many bits and pieces in the fridge s that a huge amount of preparation and organisation had gone into getting it right. And it was so right!!! We have had lots of comments about how scrumptious everything was so thank you both and to all your team for all your hard work. It’s been a pleasure to work with you over the last year and as stress free as it could have been I think.

… the menu was amazing and the food surpassed all my expectations - my lovely family and friends were totally bowled over by the wonderful flavours, savouring every mouthful from the home made relishes that went with the incredible local cheese and cured meats, to the pasta with fig, lemon and chilli which was just devoured with gusto.

Sophie and Siobhan, thank you so so much for Saturday and all the preparation that went with it. The food was incredible, we’ve had more than a few comments of ‘best wedding food I’ve ever had’ !!!!

Everything was flawless. The delicious banquet was astonishing in terms of flavours, freshness and the variety of dishes. We loved the local, regional dishes and under the Puglian sun everything tasted amazing. 

Thanks to you and all the team for all your support in the run up to the banquet. All your ideas, recommendations and contacts made the whole process seamless and painless for me.

We had a magical night and so much fun. It was wonderful to create such special memories.

You were like little fairies at the back there we hardly heard from you and then you whipped up an absolute storm ❤️❤️ I did thank you both in my speech but I’m sure you were probably knee deep in crudités at the time 🤣 anyway thank you for making it so special.

The evening was a delight and the wonderful team even managed to navigate a downpour - nothing seemed to deter them and our magical evening was just that.
